THE Calais lacks a split-fold rear seat like the Fairmont Ghia, but does offer a large ski port (with a separate armrest) to assist with the carrying of lengthy items. The ski port contains two cupholders accessible once it is lowered. The boot itself is large and relatively well shaped, able to contain a full-size bike, provided the wheels are removed. The centre console compartment is generous and there are storage bins on the front doors, as well as pockets behind the front seats.
