A MAJOR flaw in the Commodore's interior package is that the rear seat does not split-fold - instead, the designers carved the world's biggest ski-port. Large hinges intrude into the boot space and can crush luggage unless care is taken.

However, luggage volume is still excellent at 475 litres.There is no longer a key for the boot. A remote boot release is located on the key fob and in the glovebox. There is also an emergency release contained inside the boot.
