THE transverse-engined, front-drive SRi has the same wheelbase as other Astra models. The rear seat has a 60-40 split-fold function to allow extension of boot space while still allowing room for passengers. All passengers are provided with lap/sash seatbelts, while the front two occupants receive airbag protection.
