MIRRORING the five-door hatch in its cargo volume, the three-door offers 380 litres to the top of the seatback, 710 litres when the 60/40 split-fold is in operation and 1180 litres to the roof when the rear seat is down. Basically, it's a pretty sizable cargo space for a small car, with little rear suspension intrusion. Inclusion of a skiport is also welcome, enabling longer items to be carried without the seats being folded. A full-size spare wheel and jack is located in a well underneath the cargo floor, while small items can be stored in a box in the left-hand trim and secured with rubber straps. A button on the tailgate is the main entry point - there's no lever in the cockpit and no release button on the remote keypad.
