Stung by disappointing sales of its original V8-only Adventra, Holden has come out swinging with a competitively priced, 190kW V6-powered VZ version - complete with five-speed auto. The new Adventra V6, available in three grades from a Ford Territory AWD-beating $40,990, is the competent, refined, good-value Holden's medium SUV entrant needed to be. In fact, it's such good value it will make some of Holden's more expensive, less powerful mainstream sedan and wagon offering seem over-priced in comparison.
