Stellantis outlines senior leadership

The merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Peugeot S.A. (Groupe PSA), resulting in the parent company Stellantis, has created a new board of 11 members with John Elkann elected chairman.
Mr Elkann was the chairman and chief executive of FCA and heads up the Agnelli family company Exor.
