FORD has long provided buyers of Falcons upstream of Fairmont with a specific, more luxurious dash design. Covered in a soft matt-black material, Falcon's usual hooded binnacle design is complimented by an almost full-width insert that houses an oval-shaped analogue clock as well as trip computer and climate control functions. Instead of woodgrain, in the TS50 the insert is of a carbonfibre-type material which is matched to the gearshift gate. While the TE50 instrument fascia is blue, the TS and TL50's is a classier white and includes a 240km/h speedo and 6000rpm-redline tacho, fuel level, temperature and Tickford-specific oil pressure and volt meter gauges.
