SATELLITE navigation is optionally available in the TS50. The VDO Dayton system uses global positioning to pinpoint the vehicle to an accuracy of plus or minus 30 metres. The system's CD Rom database covers the national highway system as well as regional towns and is viewed on a 128mm colour monitor. For about $5000, owners can be directed by simple guidance instructions via a clear voice in up to nine languages and using a display of the current destination from a scale of 100 metres to 100km.
