LIKE all Falcons, TS50 comes with Smartlock remote central locking via a small but tactile fob that, unlike Commodore's, is separate to the actual key. The remote control unit incorporates buttons for door locking and unlocking, boot unlocking and a panic function that simply sounds the horn continuously. Anti-hijacking, two-stage unlocking (which first opens the driver's door only) is now a standard Falcon feature (Commodore had it first). In addition to the Smartlock engine immobiliser system, TS50 also features an alarm and the micro-dot vehicle indentification system as used by HSV and BMW.
