SR2 has the required electrical conveniences befitting a car at this price, including (one-stage) remote central locking, powered windows and external mirrors. Headlamp and wiper (including variable intermittent) controls are on steering column stalks, and the column itself is tilt-adjustable, while instrument dimmer and front foglight switches are located on the right-hand side of the dash. Driver comfort is assisted somewhat by seat cushion adjustment. The hatch has its own doorhandle and the fuel flap is opened via a lever located in the driver's footwell. A driver's footrest is there, too. Cruise control is not available.
