THE Festiva uses independent MacPherson struts at the front and a torsion beam axle with coil springs at the rear. The torsion beam suspension has gas-filled dampers (instead of conventional hydraulic dampers) and an integrally mounted stabiliser bar. A stabiliser bar is also employed at the front.
