XR8 gets a 'Prestige' security coded audio system with electronically tuned 100-watt AM/FM stereo radio, six-disc in-dash CD with six speakers, one-hour keyless play, mobile phone interface, muting and steering wheel volume, station and CD controls. The system adjusts automatically to allow for road speed. An optional Premium 250-watt sound system with 11 speaker elements, separate amplifier, subwoofer, computer-controlled tuner, six-disc in-dash CD, logic control cassette and road speed dependent volume control is available on the XR8. A power antenna is standard.
