FORTE has a 100 watt, single-slot CD/radio stereo as standard, replacing the former 20 watt radio/cassette system. Four 25 watt speakers are located around the cabin. A 250 watt six-speaker in-dash CD stereo premium sound system with separate amplifier and sub-woofer is standard on Fairmont Ghia and optional on S, XR and Fairmont models.
