THE Ghia was probably the Falcon derivative that benefited least from the AUII upgrade. Externally, there were only minor touches, while internally the stereo was uprated and a new standard velour/leather seat fabric offered.

Mechanically, the adjustments made to the independent rear suspension improved the ride quite significantly, while the AUII Ghia was also quieter than its predecessor.
