POWER-ASSISTED rack and pinion steering is standard on all Falcon ute models. The steering wheel in the XR6 is a leather-wrapped, four-spoke item with a full size airbag. A leather Momo steering wheel is available as an option, with coloured (blue) inserts in the main grip positions that match the instrument panel face. The XR6's turning circle - measured from kerb to kerb - is 11.5 metres while the steering wheel takes 3.1 turns to rotate from lock to lock.
