COUGAR is strictly a two-plus-two with limited rear legroom and headroom. Front seat passengers sit 45mm lower down and 6mm further back than in the Mondeo - the car upon which it is based - while specially designed seats and a lowered rear floor section are designed to maximise what little room there is for rear occupants. The rear seats have a 50/50 split-fold which when folded forward doubles boot space.
