STEERING column stalks sprout from four places in the C5, the left side looking after lights and cruise control, the right side controlling wipers/washers and the sound system. The trip computer is also controlled via a button on the end of the wiper/washer stalk. The master electric window switch is mounted on the driver's door and the exterior rearview mirrors automatically fold out of the way when the car is locked. All models have an automatic rain-sensing function for the windscreen wipers.
