Citroen goes drive-away

WITH sales of its C3 and C4 models lagging a little in the first half of the year, Citroen is offering special drive-away deals and extra equipment on two of its most popular models until the end of August.

The Citroen C3 1.6 automatic, which accounts for more than half of all C3 sales, can be ordered this month for the regular price of $23,990 with all all-road costs including dealer delivery charges and stamp duty included.

Also included in the deal are alloy wheels (worth about $1000) and Citroen’s handy Mio C520 portable satellite-navigation system (worth $700), bringing the approximate total value of the deal to more than $3500.

The second model covered by the offer is the economical Citroen C4 HDi EGS (1.6-litre turbo-diesel with electronic semi-automatic transmission), which is priced at $31,990 drive-away.

It additionally comes with the sat-nav system, alloy wheels and also metallic paint worth $700, taking the total extra value on the C4 to around $5000.
