CHRYSLER Australia has named Albury dealer Alessi Chrysler Jeep Dodge as its 2011 Dealer of the Year.

As BMW Group Australia also bestowed its coveted DOTY award on a rural dealer, Chrysler has singled out the Alessi Group – which has served Albury-Wodonga and the surrounding region since 1970 – for its high standard of performance, professionalism and customer service throughout 2011.

“Central to all that we do at Alessi Chrysler Jeep Dodge is our commitment to our customers,” said general manager Robbie Alessi.

“This award is a testament to the commitment by all members of Alessi Chrysler Jeep Dodge to customer courtesy, care and professionalism.”The Chrysler DOTY awards take into consideration key areas of a dealer’s business, including sales, service, parts and accessories.

Chrysler Australia general manager of sales Veronica Johns said the DOTY award recognises “benchmark performance of dealers in the network across all areas of their business”, including sales, servicing, parts and accessories.

“All winners of the Dealer of the Year award share a common characteristic and that is a commitment to excellence,” she said.

“Satisfying customers when it comes to their motoring needs is the cornerstone of the Chrysler dealer award philosophy.”
