THE five-seat 5 Series sedan has a lap-sash belt and headrest for all occupants. There is acceptable room for four adults, all of whom will find a variety of storage areas. The large centre console box is, however, unavailable for use when a telephone is installed. All overhead grabhandles are neatly recessed into the headlining. No rear cupholders are provided and the use of the push-out front cupholders is dependent on whether the small tray in front of them is being used.
