A TYPICAL hooded binnacle houses the informative instrument cluster of the M3. Featuring a variable, illuminated redline warning (after cold starts), the tacho has large, well spaced increments all the way to 9000rpm. The 300km/h speedo features large white numbers on a grey background and is accompanied by gauges for water temperature and fuel level, as well as a secondary LCD information panel. A dark, silver-speckled insert runs along the entire length of the dashboard.
