THE 330Ci is a five-seater in theory but has been optimised for four passengers. Four lap-sash seatbelts and a headrest for each outboard passenger are provided with only a lap belt in the middle rear, although a lap-sash belt and headrest can be retro-fitted to the coupe for the middle rear passenger. For a coupe, access to the rear is quite efficient and easy via flip-forward seats that move up to 90mm. All windows are power operated, although the louvred rear windows can only be operated from the front. A sunroof is standard, as is a rear armrest and skiport. Naturally, the 330Ci has the usual BMW array of airbags with two front, two side, two head and two rear airbags. Storage is adequate rather than great with string nets on the back of the front seats, small door bins up front and lidded centre console and driver's side bins.
