IT’S taken Audi more than five years to see fit to equip its eye-candy coupe with V6 power, but now finally there’s a TT with the performance to match its timeless, sleek look. Available from January, the top-shelf TT will be available in a single specification including quattro all-wheel drive and Audi’s revolutionary new DSG transmission. At $95,600, Audi says it will compete with BMW’s Z4 3.0 and the Benz SLK350 for well-heeled male customers. But even with its high level of standard features, unique transmission and new performance benchmark, Audi has forecast around just five sales per month.
