OUTSTANDING active safety characteristics are to be found on the RS4, with features such as all-wheel drive, stability control, direct steering and superb brakes. If a collision becomes inevitable, there's also a wide range of passive safety features such as a height-adjustable head restraint, three-point seatbelt and pyrotechnic pretensioners for all occupants. The outboard occupants are further protected by a head curtain airbag, while up front the occupants are provided with front and side airbags and force-limiting, height-adjustable seatbelts.
