AUDI describes the longer, wider and taller A4 design as pure, clear, precise and one that should remain attractive as the car matures. It has obvious Audi DNA and strong similarities with the larger A6 and other members of the stable, such as separated air intake grilles and flared wheel arches. The front-end of the car features distinctive high-tech clear-glass headlights while the side profile has a high waistline and a rising shoulder line from front to rear. More than just appealing to look at, the A4 is aerodynamic, too, with the drag coefficient now down to an excellent 0.28Cd.
