THE A4 has an almost sparse, efficient dash design with a hooded instrument surround. Like most cars from Europe, the indicator stalk is on the left hand side of the steering column. Cruise control is a standard feature on quattro, while the switchgear for the power windows - standard, of course - is located on the doors.
