Audi adds more affordable A3 quattro

AUDI welcomes another quattro offering to its stable, this time in the form of the A3 Sportback 2.0 TFSI quattro.

This A3 combines turbo direct injection FSI technology with quattro all-wheel drive and a six-speed manual transmission.

The sophisticated 2.0 TFSI engine has received accolades around the world and been voted the engine of the year in Europe.

It develops a healthy 147kW/280Nm and represents Audi’s entry quattro offering in Australia at $50,550.

The newcomer offers 17-inch alloy wheels, sports suspension, sports leather steering wheel, sports seats, cruise control, on-board computer, a premium CD stereo and Audi’s usual array of passive and active safety features including six airbags, active front head restraints, electronic stabilisation program with ABS, electronic differential lock, anti-slip regulation and brake assist.
