First-generation Stelvio

Alfa Romeo launched its first-ever SUV in March 2018, dubbed Stelvio, with the Italian mid-sizer designed and priced to take on its German rivals.
At launch, the Stelvio was released in two grades; Petrol and Diesel, with the Quadrifoglio performance flagship to hit showrooms later in the year.
The petrol-powered variant made use of a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivered 148kW of power at 4500rpm and 330Nm of torque at 1750rpm.
Meanwhile, the oil-burner was motivated by a 2.1-litre motor that produced 154kW at 2750rpm and 470Nm at 1750rpm.
In either case, the Stelvio sent power to the ground via an eight-speed automatic transmission and Alfa's rear-biased Q4 all-wheel-drive system.
The Stelvio also featured a strong list of standard safety, comfort and entertainment equiptment, putting it well in line with other luxury models in its segment.
