THE Twin Spark engine is mated with two transmissions, a five-speed manual and a five-speed Selespeed semi-automatic clutchless manual. The latter is an F1-inspired gearbox that allows the driver to move through gears sequentially via the plus/minus buttons on the steering wheel or the floor-mounted gearlever. Sophisticated electronics sort out the task of disengaging the clutch when changing gear and revving the engine to simulate heel-and-toeing.
