Nissan promotes development manager

Customer focus: John-Paul Falvo moves to run customer-centric programs at Nissan across sales and product.

NISSAN Australia has appointed John-Paul Falvo as national manager of its customer, retail experience and ‘Voice of Customer’ program.

 

He was previously network development manager at Nissan, a post he held for almost eight years.
