Canada to build 300C

Popular: 300C has proved a smash-hit in Australia.

The next generation of Chrysler's 300C will be built in Canada, not Austria

1 Aug 2007

CHRYSLER will transfer global production of the next-generation 300C large car, and related RWD vehicles such as the Dodge Magnum and Charger, from Austria to North America from 2010.

The move from the Magna Steyr plant in Graz, Austria, to Brampton, Ontario, will leave the European plant with the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Commander SUVs, and the Chrysler Voyager people-mover for markets outside North America.
