In August Nissan will launch the limited-run 50th Anniversary GT-R, which features three paint finishes and white racing stripes. The interior has also been tweaked, while the twin-turbo V6 motor carries over.

Nissan’s almighty GT-R will get an upgrade in early 2013 with an improved 0-100km/h figure of 2.7 seconds - 0.1 seconds faster than the previous model. Handling and ride have been improved for the MY2013 GT-R and a top-spec ‘Premium Edition’ has been added that includes a hand-stitched red leather interior option for a $4800 premium over the standard model.
