Car reviews - Volkswagen - Bora - V6 4Motion sedan
Stand Out Features
13 Sep 2001
BORA V6 4Motion has come to market brimming with fruit. We might have expected niceties such as full electrics, climate-control air-conditioning, a premium sound system and side airbags - but a sunroof, leather and an alarm as well? The one big letdown with the package is size in particular, the tight confines in the rear seat compartment could act as a deterrent for prospective prestige shoppers. Otherwise, the package is a strong one that is well supported with a purposeful V6 engine and good all-wheel drive handling characteristics. At long last, Australia now has a Bora that shakes the "Golf with a boot" label.
