Car reviews - Saab - 9-5 - 2.3 Linear sedan

EVEN Saab admits changes to the exterior of the 9-5 are "subtle". The front-end is where most has happened, the nose extended by 20mm and the traditional grille updated with chrome surrounds. There are also clear lenses for the headlights, but only the top-spec Aero gets bi-Xenon headlights. At the rear the changes are even more subtle. Wheel designs are all-new, with the 2.3t Linear getting a new 10-spoke 16-inch design. But take the base model 2.0t Linear and you'll have to make do with 15-inch steel wheels with plastic wheel covers.
