The 3.9-litre engine with multi-point fuel-injection and the four-speed automatic is the best combination of performance and fuel economy. TOYOTA CAMRY 4D SEDAN (1989-1993) THE Camry's sound, conservative engineering and good quality have made it a popular medium sized used car. The Executive has a 2.0-litre, fuel-injected engine producing 88kW, a four- speed automatic transmission and power steering. MITSUBISHI MAGNA 4D SEDAN (1989-1991) THIS front-wheel drive Magna has quiet and comfortable accommodation for five people and ample boot space. The fuel-injected, 2.6-litre, 98kW engine provides reasonable performance and fuel economy. Executive equipment level included power steering and stereo AM/FM radio. HYUNDAI SONATA 4D SEDAN (1989-1992) THE Sonata introduced Hyundai to the medium size sector. It was good value for money but lacks the overall quality and suspension refinement of its rivals. The GL comes with power steering and a 2.4-litre, four-cylinder engine producing 84kW.
