Model: Tundra - Platinum

Released: May 2025

Flagship Platinum grade joins the Tundra Limited “full-size pick-up” range with more of everything at a $17K price premium. It boasts more chrome and black body garnishing, as well as 20-inch alloy wheels and upgraded interior luxury. Runs the same hybrid powertrain as the Limited grade.

Model: LANDCRUISER 300

Released: May 2025

Price rises and tech upgrades arrive with the MY25 LandCruiser 300 Series update, the popular four-wheel drive model gaining improved safety technology, infotainment systems, and comfort and convenience features. More kit across most grades, but the powertrain remains the same.

Model: WRX - tS Spec B

Released: May 2025

Prices rise and a range-topping tS Spec B variant in sedan and wagon has been added to the WRX line-up that gains a host of new features across safety, technology and styling for MY25. Uses same 202kW/350Nm turbocharged 2.4-litre four-cylinder Boxer engine as before.

Make: Mitsubishi

Model: Triton - range

Released: May 2025

Additional Triton ute variants in five grades join the existing double-cab range starting with the double-cab-chassis this month and other variants from Q3. All share the same 2.4-litre twin-turbocharged diesel engine. A six-speed manual transmission is now available on the base model.

Model: CLE - 53

Released: May 2025

Turbocharged straight six Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4Matic+ Cabriolet variants arrive in Mercedes-Benz outlets providing wind-in-the-hair driving pleasure with a generous dollop of AMG performance. It joins four other existing CLE-Class Cabriolet and Coupe models.

Model: J7

Released: May 2025

Luxury Chery sub-brand Jaecoo launches its J7 Medium SUV line-up with three trim levels and drivelines – including a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) in two-wheel drive and AWD – both with drive-away pricing. Power comes from a 1.6-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine rated at 137kW/275Nm.

Model: Cannon

Released: May 2025

Additional single- and double-cab-chassis body styles are added to Cannon utility range along with powertrain alternatives and a new Premium entry grade. Power comes from either a 2.0-litre or 2.4-litre turbodiesel engines in 4x2 or 4x4 configuration.

Model: Yukon - Denali

With RHD conversion underway, GMC Yukon Denali Upper Large SUVs will start rolling into dealerships this month. Full-size model has seating for eight, potent 6.2-litre petrol V8 power, and true off-road capability that will “set new benchmarks for the Upper Large category”.

A “right-sized” all-electric Medium SUV, says Cupra, in RWD and AWD configuration shares its 210kW/545Nm driveline with other VW group vehicles including the ID.4 Pro. Out of China, the crossover targets novated lease business from eligible salary-sacrifice buyers.

Model: Tiggo 4

Cosmetic changes and tech’ enhancements arrive with MY25 Chery Tiggo small SUV across a familiar two-variant range. No price rises, but redesigned wheels, bumpers, lights, and revised interior layout. ‘Pro’ moniker dropped from nameplate, drivelines carry over.

Model: Patrol

Released: May 2025

Fifteen-year-old Y62 Patrol V8 scores an interior tech’ overhaul accompanying a modest price rises. The focus is on a big screen and a connectivity upgrade out of LHD models from 2021 and more standard equipment. Venerable petrol 5.6-litre V8 engine and seven speed auto retained.
