Tim Robson has been involved in automotive journalism since 1999, after a
period at the helm of Australia's leading bicycling titles.
A move to MOTOR magazine in 2001 was the beginning of a long stint in the
automotive magazine division of ACP Magazines. Rising through the ranks, Tim
would edit both Auto Action and MOTOR, before moving across to become part of
the ultra-successful Top Gear Australia team in 2010.
After a two-year stint managing the digital side of Top Gear Australia, Tim
worked at the NRMA as the Editor-in-Chief (Motoring), before striking out on
his own in 2014 to form 032Media.
Tim joined the GoAuto team in late 2014, working from an office in the NSW city
A former motorsport competitor, he now spends far less money maintaining a
large fleet of mountain and road bikes. He is married, and has three children.
