FORD supreme, William Clay Ford, has confirmed that no other Premier Automotive Group assets are on the chopping block.
During his rush trip Down Under last week, Mr Ford confirmed that Aston Martin was "on the block" but Jaguar and other PAG assets were safe.
Asked if Jaguar would be sold off, Mr Ford said nothing was planned.
"We need to fix Jaguar. We had an appetite for volume that's frankly that the brand couldn’t support; shouldn't support in retrospect," he said.
"Geoff Polites is doing a great job of getting the business model in shape. "It's not there yet. We've got some work to do. The product's are great. "We just have to fix Jaguar."
Mr Ford also admitted that he and former Ford CEO, Jac Nasser, were in "close touch".
"He's a good guy and wishes us well. But I'm not selling Jag to anybody."
Mr Nasser has been rumoured to be keen to grab PAG assets from Ford.
