MASERATI says its third distinct model, the new GranCabrio convertible, is much more than a soft-topped version of its scintillating GranTurismo coupe. Backing the claim are extensive body strengthening measures that add just 100kg, cabrio-specific audio and climate-control systems and unique safety systems including twin pop-up rear rollover hoops and new seat-mounted side/thorax airbags.
